Discover Push Swing: A New Approach to Golf
Push Swing is not a PGA-certified program. Instead, it's a method developed by a golfer who faced challenges common to many: aging, injuries, and the frustration that can lead to leaving the game.
As the creator of Push Swing, I bring a unique perspective. With a background as a medical doctor, I applied my medical knowledge to design a swing technique that not only alleviated my sciatica but also enhanced my golf performance. This approach transformed the swing into a form of physical therapy, promoting healing while improving play.
I understand that introducing a new method in a sport with over a century of tradition may raise skepticism. That's why I've documented every step of my journey on my YouTube channel since 2019, showcasing the progress and benefits of Push Swing.
Push Swing is tailored for those who have struggled with traditional techniques, particularly seniors and injury-prone golfers. The method emphasizes a relaxed front arm and a gentle push with the back shoulder, reducing strain and promoting consistency.
I invite you to explore Push Swing and experience its benefits firsthand. Many have found that dedicating just 10 hours to this technique leads to consistent ball contact and renewed enjoyment of the game.

Our story
From Pain to Performance: The Birth of Push Swing
In 2019, after two years of playing golf, I found myself at a crossroads. Despite dedicating countless hours to practice—hitting 300 to 500 range balls daily and playing six rounds a week—my scores fluctuated wildly. One day I'd score in the 80s, the next, over 100.
Frustrated and seeking consistency, I realized that traditional golf methods weren't yielding the results I desired.
Determined to find a better way, I immersed myself in the game, searching for a shortcut or a more straightforward approach.
However, in March 2023, my relentless pursuit led to a severe setback. I was bedridden with debilitating sciatica, facing the grim prospect of surgery after conventional treatments like physical therapy and steroids failed.
Drawing upon my medical background, I hypothesized that a specific movement could alleviate my pain. With cautious optimism, I began practicing this movement for an hour each day, initially aided by painkillers. Remarkably, within two months, my pain subsided significantly, eliminating the need for medication.
This movement not only facilitated my recovery but also revolutionized my golf game. I could now play two rounds and hit 140 range balls daily without discomfort. More importantly, my performance stabilized; my scores consistently dropped to the low 80s, with a personal best of 81.
This breakthrough led to the development of the Push Swing—a method that emphasizes efficiency and consistency. Designed specifically for serious, struggling, injury-prone, and ready-to-quit golfers, Push Swing offers a second chance at the game. Leveraging my teaching background, I crafted a concise training program that enables golfers to master the Push Swing in just 10 hours. This approach drastically reduces the traditional learning curve, enabling golfers to achieve noticeable improvements in a fraction of the time.
